Terms of service

1. About the service

bebb.be provides hosting for Minecraft game servers (Java and Bedrock) and websites, with a single control panel at app.bebb.be. By using the bebb.be website, the dashboard or the Discord integrations you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

Sign-in is passwordless: through Discord, a passkey, or a one-time code and link sent by email.

• The service is intended for people aged 18 or over; minors may not use it.
• You are responsible for the security of your Discord account, mailbox and devices, and for all actions in your account.
• Tell us if you suspect someone else has access to your account. We may restrict access temporarily to protect you and the service.
• Provide truthful information. One account per person.

3. Services and early access

The service is in early access. Features, limits and prices may change. We work towards stable operation but during this stage we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and do not offer a service-level agreement (SLA). We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the services for:

• sending spam, phishing, fraud, or distributing malware;
• scanning other systems, attacking other services, DoS/DDoS, hacking, or making our servers part of a botnet;
• cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive workloads that do not match the purpose of the plan;
• hosting illegal content or infringing copyright or other third-party rights;
• circumventing technical limits, trying to escape your container or reach other customers' data;
• reselling the services without our written consent.

5. Minecraft

bebb.be is an independent service and is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft; "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB. You must comply with the Minecraft EULA and Mojang's current rules on commercial use, including when monetising your server. You are responsible for the content and rules of your game server and for the conduct of its players.

6. Your content and data

The files, worlds, databases and websites you host remain yours. You grant us a limited right to process them only as needed to provide the service (storage, backups, delivery to you). Backups are made on a schedule on a best-effort basis; you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.

7. Abuse, complaints and suspension

Report violations (including copyright infringement) to support@bebb.be with the address, the substance and the evidence. For a violation of these terms we may suspend or terminate a service without notice when needed for security or to comply with the law; otherwise we will warn you and allow reasonable time to fix the issue.

8. Payment

Paid plans are not on sale at the moment. After launch, payment is accepted in cryptocurrency and by other methods through a payment provider (NOWPayments); we do not receive or store payment card data. Renewal is not automatic: a separate invoice is issued for each period; if it is not paid the service is suspended and then deleted after a grace period stated in the invoice. The refund procedure will be published before paid sales begin and will comply with applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data caused by outages, third parties, force majeure or your own actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last three months. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. We will notify you of material changes in the dashboard or by email in advance; continuing to use the service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in the court at the operator's location unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions about these terms: support@bebb.be.
